As your webmaster, it is highly recommended that you appoint True Vine Designs as an authorized administrator on your web hosting plan to eliminate any confusion when the time comes that we may have to assist you with any of your web site’s technical issues. This authorization can be modified at any time.

There is a “Hosting Control Panel” associated with your web hosting account that may seem “greek” to you, and that is where we come in. True Vine Designs can and will be able to maintain and monitor the configurations associated with your web hosting account.
