Networking Issues
We will assist in troubleshooting issues with your networking communication and devices. There are times when the communication link between your modem, router, and wireless adapters becomes broken resulting in the loss of your internet signal. There are meticulous procedures that need to be followed in order to resolve the issue at hand and get your devices communicating with each other again, therefore restoring your connection to the internet. This can be done either in person or over the phone.
It is highly recommended that you first check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to see if there is an internal problem with their service before requesting ours.
Diagnosis & Repair of General Computer Issues
The speed of your computer is reliant on the amount of RAM (Random Access Memory) it contains. If your PC (Personal Computer) is upgradeable and you would like increase the speed by installing additional RAM memory, we will be more than happy to assist you in the purchase options and installation of your RAM upgrade.
It is very important to research the specifications of your PC to determine the limit of your upgrade capabilities.
