Electronic Forms: Starting at $50 and up

Basic Form Fields include:

Contact Info (Home & Cell phone numbers, e-mail address),

More complex forms will be priced according to content requirements.
 

Scanning Photos: $5 each / 5 for $20 / 10 for $30

Photo Album: Up to 20 photos = $50 ($100 if created on a new page.)

Custom Logo Design: $75 and up depending on complexity & time involved.

Music files: $10 ea. (optional for use as background music)
