Deposit can be submitted via USPS by Check or Money Order
Credit Card payment through PayPal also accepted on Home Page (optional)

Creation of Template & Site Mock-Up (Web Design Approval by client)
Submission & Insertion of ALL required information

Textual Content / Scripting
Photos (72 dpi required)

Submission of periodic proofs to client throughout design process

We will test the web site functionality on all the different resolution settings to ensure
the best performance out of your new web site.

[Note: Electronic forms cannot be tested until the web site is
uploaded and "launched" live to the web host provider.]

Final Review & Proofing: This is where any last minute changes, corrections (if any), revisions, or additions will be addressed.

(Final invoice will be submitted to client.)

The Launch: Web Site is uploaded to the Web Host Provider upon full payment of final invoice.

(Minor changes, tweaking, & adjustments for 1^st 2 weeks following approved final product included in package price.)

Website will be "launched" (published / uploaded) to web host provider to "go live"
upon payment of balance in full.
Balance due within 30 days of receipt of final invoice.

Web designer requires 45 days to complete project,
considering clients full cooperation in delivering
all required content in a timely manner.

Web designer will maintain consistent contact with client via phone and e-mail,
providing progress reports and proofing for
editing, revisions, and tweaking opportunities.

Web designer will relinquish all ownership of the website and the files contained within to the client
upon full payment and completion of the project.
True Vine Designs will retain design copyright.
