We will initiate a Disk Clean-up process to eliminate useless temp files, cache files, and cookies that could be the cause of slower performance from your PC or laptop.

If you have any abandoned, outdated, and/or useless software or programs that are no longer being used, at your request we will un-install these as well along with any associated files & folders which will also free up some significant hard drive resource space.

Disk Defragmentation (if necessary) will also be performed to optimize the performance and increase the speed of your computer. This closes up the empty gaps created on your hard drive following the removal of un-wanted programs, software, folders, and files, resulting in a substantially faster start-up and program response time.

If you possess Anti-Virus and/or Computer Security products such as Norton or McAfee, we will utilize these programs for an effective way to perform the necessary tasks. If you have the desire and/or need to learn how to use your products independently, we will also coach you on how to effectively use these products to keep your computer optimized on a regular basis.

The speed of your computer is reliant on the amount of RAM (Random Access Memory) it contains. If your PC (Personal Computer) is upgradeable and you would like increase the speed by installing additional RAM memory, we will be more than happy to assist you in the purchase options and installation of your RAM upgrade.
